This application enables Tricor Unify | HRS Users to perform certain HR operations directly on their mobile devices. To use this app, you must be a current user of the Tricor Unify | HRS system.
Tricor Unify | HRS Users are, in general, employees of an organization that engages Tricor’ s payroll or other services. If you are unsure of your Tricor Unify | HRS user status, please consult your HR representative.

Network Connectivity
This app requires internet connection to work effectively. However, the app does not download data in the background. If the app is inactive, or in the background, the only data traffic will be that from notifications, which you may turn off from the Settings page. Please note that use of mobile data may incur costs from your network carrier.
Location Services
The use of Time Card and Attendance may require enabling your mobile device's GPS, per your company's policy on attendance tracking.
Registration / First Time Users
If you have received a welcome pack with a Tricor User Id and initial password from your company or the Tricor Support Team, please complete your initial login at the Tricor Unify | HRS website as described in the welcome pack. During the initial login, you will be required to change your password. Please note that the initial password cannot be used to register the mobile app.
When you open the app for the first time, it will guide you to complete a registration process. During the registration process, you will need the information provided in the welcome pack as well as your changed password. In addition, you will need to provide a mobile phone number. The Tricor Unify | HRS system will send a SMS message containing a unique one-time activation code to this phone number. You should be the owner or primary user of this phone number and the phone must be able to receive SMS (International SMS outside of Hong Kong). The phone number does not need to be assigned to the device on which you are installing this application. For example, if you are installing this application on a tablet, you may request the activation code to be sent to your mobile phone.
Once you have received the activation code, enter it along with a 4-digit PIN of your choice. This PIN will be the only thing you need to access the app in the future.
Data Protection
Documents downloaded from Tricor Unify | HRS via this app may be stored on your device and accessible outside of this application. Once the documents are downloaded they are not under the control and protection of the Tricor Unify | HRS system. For example, the app which you choose to open a downloaded document may save the document to another location on the device, or even to the cloud. Therefore please be aware of the security settings of the apps with which you open the downloaded documents. Tricor recommends password protection on sensitive documents such as payslips and tax returns.
You should also take the precaution of clearing the registration data and deleting the cached documents (via the Settings page) before you dispose of or transfer the device to others.
